Forthcoming Shows

                                                                       FORTHCOMING

PB's latest illustrated BOOK  is a 'Novella' of half fact and half fiction = a friction.
'LA ROUTE DES VIOLETTES'
will hopefully be bound and  ready for book shelves before  September 8 this year (2017) - the Northern launch will be at The Pyramid Gallery in Stonegate, York (under the shadow almost of the Minster  from Friday Sept 8 - October 16 (..the Pyramid stays open 7 days a week - PB will be there on Friday 8th afternoon and evening and probably the 9th )
'LA ROUTE...'  has 25 colour etchings therein. Etchings are PB's forté: the writing takes longer - but was edited brilliantly.

The Southern  launch is at Pall Mall's La Galleria (Nov 27 - Dec 2) in the southern end of the arcade in P all Mall well in sight of  the National Gallery.

Do enquire about "LA Route...": piersbrowne@gmail.com,  or write to his address on the CONTACT page here, but certainly see on this www under Etchings  then Foreign.

Piers painted all the SETS for his Musical!
Over 500 attended the  very inspirational PB  play (with some music, although it's a Musical, of  'FREYA' at this School. It has taken months of work to get the play to this stage so it was very rewarding to see the kids enthusiasm.
Wherever performed, it promises to be a very exciting event as had a standing ovation at this first performance.
It is PB's second Musical as he did 'DANNY'S DREAM' with the great Ivo Mosley, the lyricist and writer of that work. (PB adapted it and it and has also copyright of the songs with Ivo under the title 'DANNY'S MOON DREAM.) All songs completely scored ready for the stage! Schools etc do enquire.

Performed [2016]  July 19 - 21 with a matinee on the 19th at the school mentioned above, it was however more a DRAMA now than a Musical due to time limits of rehearsals what with Exam time, so Piers had thrown himself into inventing and painting 'sets' working with the inspirational drama 'leader' Amy Southworth-Geddye.
It IS a Musical and all the music is arranged for a small 'pop' band of guitars, drums, keyboards and so on.

PB can send the VIDEO of the school's performance of 'FREYA' and a cd of the original 'talking book'. Do please ask Piers
(e-mail:  piersbrowne@gmail.com) for a copy as he  would be delighted to offer this show as a Musical for little more than the cost of him helping rehearse songs!

Friday June 16 - Sunday June 25... only a week!
